• Keep a dialogue going about what's most important to you.
• Help you determine what you can afford.
• Locate properties that suit your specifications in your price range.

I help you make informed decisions.
I will:

• Accompany you to see properties, or preview properties for you.
• Research properties to identify any problems or issues before you make an offer.
• Advise you on making an appropriate offer for a selected property.

I represent your interests throughout the process - from start to finish.
I will:

• Present your offer to the seller's agent and the seller on your behalf.
• Negotiate on your behalf to obtain the property you selected -- keeping your best interests in mind.
• Help you choose the most appropriate financing.
• Connect you with other services - a trusted group of professionals I work with all the time; for instance mortgage people, attorneys, and home inspectors.

The ABR designation is geared towards agents who wish to enhance their buyer representation skills, and provides proof to prospective buyers of their proficiency at servicing the special needs of buyers. Being an ABR means I have been qualified through experience and training to provide superior skills and services.
